This is normal! It means your shipping label has been created but USPS hasn't scanned the package into their system yet. Even though the tracking isn't updating, your package is on its way. Media Mail is the most affordable shipping option, but it's also the lowest priority for USPS — meaning they can be in possession of your package for several days without scanning it. In some cases, your first tracking update may not appear until the package is actually out for delivery. If it's been more than 10 business days and nothing has arrived, contact us and we'll look into it.
